Great Lidlington Bake Off
The Great Lidlington Bake Off went ahead today at Thomas Johnson School in memory of Avril Stacey.
Avril made the most delicious cakes and was so generous in donating them to village events.
There were 18 entries this year from children in Reception all the way up to Year 4.
The standard was exceptionally high and we had a real job to choose 1st, 2nd and 3rd place - in fact it was so difficult that we had to appoint two 3rd place entries.
The winner was presented with the Avril Stacey Trophy.
